ACApolicyHub is an informational and referral resource for Affordable Care Act health coverage. It explains how Marketplace plans are structured, what plan costs mean in practice and how enrollment periods work.

The site does not issue policies, does not process claims and does not guarantee that any particular plan, price or savings amount will be available to a visitor.

ACApolicyHub is a private resource. It is not operated by, endorsed by or affiliated with the federal Health Insurance Marketplace, any state Marketplace, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services or any other government agency.

Official plan and eligibility information is published by those agencies, and nothing on this site replaces it.

The site is intended for residents of the United States who are at least eighteen years of age and legally able to enter into an agreement. Submissions from anyone who does not meet that description are not accepted.

Where an account is created, the account holder is responsible for the accuracy of the details entered and for keeping the password private.

Any activity carried out through an account is treated as the account holder's own. Suspected unauthorized use should be reported using the contact details on this site so the account can be secured.

Information entered into a form on this site is used to answer the request it was sent with and to prepare coverage information relevant to the household described.

Submissions must be truthful and complete. Inaccurate household, income or residence details can produce coverage information that does not apply, and may affect eligibility for savings determined by the Marketplace.

Consent boxes on the signup form set out how ACApolicyHub may reach a visitor by text message, email or phone. Those permissions are separate from each other and none of them is a condition of receiving information.

Text message consent can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP to a message received. Replying HELP returns support information. Message and data rates set by the carrier may apply, and message frequency can vary.

Visitors agree to use the site only for its intended purpose. The following are not permitted:

• Submitting false details or another person's information without permission
• Attempting to gain access to accounts, servers or data that are not the visitor's own
• Copying, scraping or republishing site content for commercial use
• Interfering with the operation of the site or with any security measure protecting it

Plans discussed on this site are issued by insurance carriers that set their own terms, networks, formularies and prices. Enrollment in any plan is governed by the carrier's documents and by Marketplace rules.
